George Feldhiser

George A. “Speed” Feldhiser, age 89 of Rogers City
passed away March 7, 2014 at Rogers City Tendercare.

He was born May 31, 1924 in Rogers City
to George and Leona (McLalin) Feldhiser.

George served in the United States Army Air Force Signal Corps during
World War II. He retired from great lakes shipping as an Oiler.

Speed enjoyed watching football and basketball and taking walks around
the neighborhood to make sure all was well.

Mr. Feldhiser is survived by:
a sister, Esther Schaedig of Rogers City and
a brother, Andrew (Jean) Feldhiser of Florida; and
many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by:
2 sisters, Leota Monson and Florence Wilson; and
a brother, John Feldhiser.

Arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.

Private graveside services will take place in the spring.
