Michael Henry

Michael Anthony Jeremiah Henry of Rogers City passed away December 29, 2022 at home.

He was born August 8, 1957 in Alpena to Patrick and Jean (Zinke) Henry.

He is survived by his daughter, Tara (Troy Camp) Henry of Rogers City; step-son, Joseph Farhat of Posen; brother, Patrick Henry; sister, Shawn (Richard) Kalar; special friend, Marilyn Farhat; and many cousins.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Jean; brothers, Brett and Lowell; sister, Cindy; and aunt and uncle, Fern and Alan Bruder.

After graduation, Michael joined the Navy, serving four years. After his discharge he became a Merchant Marine. He was an avid nature lover and enjoyed fishing, especially, fly fishing and ice fishing. He was a devoted father and loved joking around with family and friends. He was a football fan of the true football team in Michigan, the University of Michigan Wolverines.
