He was born April 5, 1954 in Springfield, Ohio
to Robert and Anna (Huffman) Waugh.

Bob is survived by:
wife, Star Waugh;
mother, Anna Waugh;
sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Fred Daniels;
sister and brother-in-law, Sally and Larry Brockett;
brother and sister-in-law, Mark & Teresa Waugh.

He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews
Cremation arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.

Inurnment will take place at Concord Cemetery in Urbana, Ohio.
