Hawley Rhew

Hawley Harrison Rhew age 89 of Benton Township passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 24, 2025.

He was born in Leachville, Arkansas to Bethel and Bertha (Johnson) Rhew on December 27, 1935.

Hawley is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lucille; children, Julia Aho, Kathleen (Tim) Lijewski, Vance (Dawn) Rhew and Lisa (Tim) Meister; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Richard (Mary) Rhew; a daughter-in-law, Denise Rhew; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Rhew.

He was preceded in death by a son, Edward Rhew; a brother, Stanley Rhew; and a son-in-law, Rod Aho.

A private service will take place.
