Barbara Schaedig

Barbara Lee Schaedig age 84 of Rogers City passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Barb was born in Rogers City to Herbert and Ruth (Gilbert) Ganier. She grew up in Moltke with her parents and sister Beverly.

She married Leonard Schaedig on September 24, 1955, he proceeded her in death March 3, 2014.

They had three children: Kimberly [Rob] Wing, Timothy [Carla] Schaedig, Jeffery [Kris] Schaedig; seven grandchildren: Jennifer, Gordon, Andrew, Heidi, Marie, Megan and Paul; twelve great grandchildren: Alexandria, Cecelia, Clara, Isabel, Jakob, David, Ella, Louisa, Lilly, Jake, Nora and Grace.

Barb worked at Rogers City Hospital for many years. She and Leonard loved to camp and travel throughout the U.S. and Europe. Their greatest joy was FAMILY.

A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held in the spring at Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers City.
