Betty Padgett

Betty Jane Padgett, age 92 of Cheboygan

passed away peacefully at McLaren Hospice House
on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

She was born on August 12, 1925 in Cheboygan
to Herbert & Eva (Chasse) Gainor.

Betty enjoyed gardening, going to the casino, road trip adventures for the
site seeing and family functions. Her pride and joy was her 2 dogs, Tippy
and Caesar,

Survivors include:
her children Helen (Larry) Hart, Donna (Delmar) Hansen,
Eva (Jim) Wixson, Catherine Fitzgerald,
Robert (Celeste) Charboneau and
Karen (DeOnna) Charboneau.
Her grandchildren are William (Joann) Moulder,
Richard (Toinelle) Moulder, Ronald (Pam) Wixson,
Janet (Donald) Ramsay, Tammie Wixson, Dale Wixson,
Sherrie (Stan) Carter, Mark VanKoughnet, Kristi Lindsell,
Lucien (Lacey) Charboneau, Jerry Charboneau,
Lance Charboneau, Daniel (Raven) Charboneau,
Brandy (Matt) Charboneau, Amy (Eric) Charboneau and
Emily Charboneau;
numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren;
sister-in-law, Ruth Gainor and
many nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert & Eva Gainor and
infant sons, Clarence and Arthur Charboneau III;

Also including her husbands, Howard Deneen, Arthur Charboneau Jr.,
James Padgett and Wayne Deneen; siblings, Bob (Audrey) Gainor,
Hubert (Jean) Gainor and Francis Gainor.

Friends may visit at St. Mary’s/St. Charles Catholic Church on Saturday,
March 17th from 10:30 a.m, through time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. with
Fr. Duane Wachowiak officiating.

Interment will take place in the spring at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice House in Cheboygan,
Cheboygan County Humane Society or Cheboygan Catholic Community.
