Blondyne Klimek

Elizabeth LaPointe age 68 of Posen,
passed away October 21, 2015 at home
with her husband by her side.

She was born March 24, 1947 in Belleville, Illinois
to Darwin and Ruth (Rodemeyer) Lloyd,

On November 26, 1966 she married Eugene LaPointe in Belleville,
Illinois, Beth worked at the Rogers City Hospital and the Posen School.
Mrs. LaPointe suffered from diabetes for 60 years and had a kidney
transplant in 2003, She also had a brain tumor removed in 2003. In
October of 2013 diabetes took one of her legs. In December of 2014 she
was diagnosed with colon cancer which spread to her liver. She fought a
good fight and finally God took her home. She will be missed.

Beth is survived by
her loving husband, Gene;
1 son, Eric;
2 grandchildren, Emma and Lucas;
mother, Ruth;
sister, Peggy (Tim) Buchanan;
brother, John (Sarah) Lloyd; and
several nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 until
8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m, Visitation will resume at
St. John Lutheran Church in Hagensville on Saturday from 1:00 p.m
through time of her funeral at 2:00 p.m,

In licu of flowers, memorials may be given to
Hospice of the Sunrise Shore in memory of Elizabeth LaPointe
