passed away December 12, 2009 at
Alpena Regional Medical Center

She was born November 23, 1939 in Detroit
to Arthur and Johanna (Pauly) Billing

She is survived by:
2 sons, Gregory (Dyanc) Arnold of Texas and
Jeffrey Arnold of St. Clair Shores;
fiancé, Allen Felax of Moltke;
brother, Marlow (Mary) Billing of Moltke;
sister, Marilyn (Mark) Eisbrenner of Roscommon;
aunt, Ruth Basel;
many nieces, nephews, and cousins

Carol was preceded in death by:
her parents, Arthur and Johanna;
sister, Barbara J. Jakubik
2 brothers, Lawrence R. and Ronald L. Billing;
2 aunts, Esther Vogler and Alice Rieger

Friends may visit the Beck Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2:00 until
8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m.. Visitation will resume on
Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10:00 a.m. through time of
funeral at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Eric Voigt officiating.

Interment will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church in memory of
Carol Moe.
