Christine Strzelecki

Christine A. Strzelecki, age 66 of Rogers City,
passed away November 13, 2013 at Saginaw St. Mary’s.

She was born August 23, 1947 in Rogers City
to William and Alice (Schultz) Cook.

On November 19, 1966 she married Benedict Strzelecki at
St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She owned and operated
Christine’s Hair Styling in Posen for many years. For the past 12 years,
she sold vegetables in front of Benny’s Tire and Oil.

Mrs. Strzelecki is survived by:
her husband, Benny;
son, Ron (Dawn) of Hawks;
daughter, Jenny Brenner of Rogers City;
6 grandchildren, Paige Brenner, Emma Brenner, Nathan Kuchinski,
Tristan Rose, Aaron (Cara) Rose, and Amber Rose;
2 great grandchildren, Tristan Jr. and Amerika;
mother, Alice Cook of Rogers City;
2 brothers, Bill (Linda) Cook of Rogers City and
Jeff (Chris) Cook of Gaylord.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Sunday from 3:00 until
8:00 p.m. where the rosary will be recited at 6:30 followed by the parish
wake at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by
Fr, Sylvestre Obwaka at St. Ignatius Catholic Church on Monday
at 10:00 a.m. There will be no visitation on Monday prior to Mass.

Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials may be given in memory of Christine Strzelecki to
the National Kidney Foundation or St. Ignatius Catholic School.
