Christopher Freier

Christopher Paul Freier age 50 of Bay City and Ocqueoc passed away peacefully at his parent’s home on April 6, 2022.

He was born January 9, 1972 in Cheboygan to Paul and Barbara (Buehrer) Freier.

Chris graduated from Onaway High School in 1990. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Saginaw Valley State University. Chris was an avid hunter and enjoyed playing baseball and bowling.

Chris is survived by his parents, Paul and Barbara of Ocqueoc and his sister, Valerie also of Ocqueoc.

A memorial service will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church of Ocqueoc on Saturday, May 7th with visiting at 11:30 a.m. until time of his memorial at 1 p.m. with Pastor Mary Hughes officiating.
