Clarence Bunting

Clarence Dennis Bunting age 65 of Rogers City
passed away October 20, 2012 at
Hospice House in Cheboygan

He was born December 3, 1946 in Kennett, Missouri to
Clarence and Mozell (Klien) Bunting

Dennis served in the Special Forces Unit of the United States Army and did 3 tours in
Vietnam. He received many commendations including the Purple Heart Medal.
Mr. Bunting was a member of the Martha Raye Chapter of the
Special Forces Association in St. Louis, Missouri and a life member of the
Rogers City VF W Post 607,

Dennis is survived by:
his wife, Carolyn;
5 children, Jerry (Jennifer) Bunting, Shaun (Virginia) Bunting,
Philip (Wanda) Bunting, all of Texas, Renee (Gary) Rauls of Posen, and
Rick (Amy) Powell of Missouri;
sister, Stella Molens of Missouri;
10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Rod Powell in 1987,

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Saturday, November 3rd from
11:00 a.m, through time of his memorial service at 1:00 p.m. where full military
honors will be accorded by the Rogers City VF W Post 607.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given Rogers City VFW Post 607 Color Guard.
