Doris Haneckow

Doris J. Haneckow age 90 of Rogers City
passed away January 7, 2010 at Tendercare Health Center of Rogers City

Doris was born July 14, 1919 in Moltke Township
to Adolph and Dorothea (Schaedig) Karsten

On June 15, 1940 Doris Johanna Karsten married Alfred Haneckow.

She is survived by:
2 sons, Duane (Eileen) of Belknap Township and Donald (Joanna) of Plainwell;
6 grandchildren;
4 great grandchildren;
2 brothers, Lewis (Anna Marie) Karsten and Lawrence (Deanna) Karsten;
1 sister, Ethel (Ralph) Kreft;
1 sister in law, Joy Karsten.

Mrs. Haneckow was preceded in death by:
husband, Alfred in 2003; daughter,
Ladonna Cane in 1997; and
brother, Walter Karsten in 2004

Friends may visit the Beck Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. with
a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.. Visitation will resume at St. John Lutheran Church on
Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral at 11:00 a.m. with
Pastor John Schreiber officiating.

Interment will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church Radio Fund or a charity of
your choice.
