Doris Sabin

Doris Jean Sabin age 75 of Rogers City
passed away peacefully at home surrounded
by her family on November 28, 2017.

She was born November 23, 1942 in Alpena
to Raymond and Isabelle (Winfield) Sabin.

Doris retired from the American Steamship Lines in 2009.

She is survived by:
5 children, Barbara (Perry Wood) Ziclaskowski, Raymond Schefke,
Thomas (Penny) Jones, Kirk Jones, and Amy Bloom;
16 grandchildren;
5 great grandchildren;
1 sister, Barbara Jaeger; 2 nieces;
4 great nieces and
1 great nephew;
she is also survived by special friends, Kathy (Art) Bruning and
Carol (Julian Budnick) Erickson,

She was preceded in death by 2 great grandsons.
Friends may visit at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday,
December 2nd from 10:00 a.m, through time of her memorial service at

11:00 a.m. with Reverend Karen and Dr. Greg Zurakowski officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Huron Humane Socicty
or Vital Care/Hospice of the Sunrise Shore in memory of Doris Sabin.
