Duane Gorlewski

Duane Joseph Gorlewski age 53 of Bay City
passed away December 4, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region.

He was born August 20, 1965 in Rogers City
to Julian and Mayvine (Orban) Gorlewski,

Duane graduated from Rogers City High School in 1983 then went on to
earn his Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University. He enjoyed deer
hunting, watching the Detroit Redwings, University of Michigan sports
and was an avid toy and baseball card collector.

He is survived by:
his parents, Julian and Mayvine of Bay City;
sister, Dawn Swinchart of Allegan and
brother, Kevin (Debbie) of Shelby Township;
three nephews, Mason, Cameron and Nolan;
two nieces, Tyla and Kaitlyn,

Duane was preceded in death by:
grandparents, Stanley and Bridgitt Gorlewski and Leo and Celia Orban.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Thursday, December 6th
from 4-8 pm with the parish wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will
resume on Friday at St. Dominic Catholic Church from 12 p.m. until
time of Mass at 1 p.m. with Fr, Arthur Duchnowicz officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Dominic Catholic Cemetery,

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in memory of Duane Gorlewski
to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or St. Dominic Catholic Church.
