Ellen Farner

Ellen May Farner age 80 of Rogers City
died August 4, 2009 at Alpena Regional Medical Center

She was born February 22, 1929 in Detroit
to Albert and Laura (Mathie) Boike

Ellen married Ralph Famer in Holly on November 24, 1970. The couple moved
from Ocala, FL to Rogers City in 1999.

She is survived by:
2 daughters, Sharon Schurig of Rogers City and Esther (Fred) Schwarze of Fraser
4 grandchildren, Margaret (Jim) Dumas of Clinton Twp.,
Fred Jr. (Emily) Schwarze of Chesterfield,
Rachel (Jesse) Chappa of Posen, and
Erik Schurig of Petoskey
6 great grandchildren, Laura & Evan Dumas, Gretchen & Morgan Schwarze, and
Luke & Molly Chappa
brother, Claude (Sue) Boike of St. Helen
sister in law, Melba Boike of Livonia
Ellen was preceded in death by:
her husband, Ralph on November 24, 2002
2 brothers, John and Albert

Friends may visit at Beck Funeral Home on Friday, August 7th from 1p.m. through
time of funeral at 4 p.m.

Interment will take place in Rose Township Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association.
