Ernest Centala

Emest Centala, age 92 of Posen Township passed
away August 5, 2013 at home.

He was born February 2, 1921 in Posen
to Szezepan and Paulinia (Woswiak) Centala.

Ernie retired from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America in
1985. He moved from Hamtramck to Posen in 1987. Mr. Centala was a member
of St. Dominic Catholic Church.

He is survived by:
2 children, Geraldine (Thomas) Sliter of Auburn Hills and
Norman Centala of Posen;
2 grandchildren, Michelle (Tim) Bishop and Laurie (Matt) Felton;
6 great grandchildren; Jenna, Ryan, Sydney, Jacob, Josh, and Alex;
1 sister, Regina.

Mr. Centala was preceded in death by his parents and 6 brothers,

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Thursday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m
with the parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Friday at
St. Dominic Catholic Church in Metz from 10:00 a.m. through time of Mass
at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Arthur Duchnowicz officiating.

Interment will take place at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery in Posen.
