Estelle Plume

Estelle I. Plume age 73 of Rogers City
passed away June 25, 2011 at home

She was born January 20, 1938 in Rogers City
to Frank and Josephine (Hincka) Witkowski

On November 26, 1956 she married David Plume at St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
Estelle worked at the UAW for 17 years, following her retirement, she volunteered
her time with various organizations in town. Mrs. Plume was a member of
St. Ignatius Catholic Church and it’s Rosary Society, Estelle will be remembered for
her giving heart and her delicious baked goods.

She is survived by:
husband, David “Joe”;
3 kids, Kevin Plume, Lora (Keith) Grockau, and Mark (Yvonne) Plume;
6 grand kids, Sonya Reo, Jeremiah Grockau, Louis Plume, Joseph Plume,
Anita Plume, and Chelsey Plume;
4 great grand kids, Alex Engel, Tori Reo, Aden Plume, and Azhia Palmer;
siblings, Dorothea LaLone, Agnes (Ray) Savage, Eleanore Kiesel,
Frank (Naomi) Witkowski, Richard Witkowski,
Walter (Sally) Witkowski, Janet (Phil) Whitehouse, and Louis Witkowski;
son-in-law, John Thomas.

Estelle was preceded in death by:
parents, Frank and Josephine;
daughter, June Thomas;
3 siblings, Ed, Genevieve, and Martha Witkowski

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m.
where the rosary will be recited at 6:30 followed by a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
Visitation will resume on Wednesday at St. Ignatius Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m.
until time of mass at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Arthur Duchnowicz officiating.

Inurnment will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of the Sunrise Shore, St. Ignatius Church or
St. Ignatius School in memory of Estelle Plume.
