Halina Cochrane

Halina Mae Cochrane age 81 of Westland, formerly of Posen, passed away at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia on June 1, 2023.

She was born December 17, 1941 in Detroit to Walter and Marie “Mayme” (MacFalda) Babecki.

Halina is survived by two children, Nina (Tim) Purves and Don (Dawn) Cochrane; and five grandchildren, Emily Cochrane, Ashley Cochrane, Chris (Jenna) Brown, Ryan (Stephanie) Brown and Nick Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gordon “Mickey”.

Friends may visit at St. Casimir Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 6^th from 11 a.m. through time of her Mass at 12-Noon. with Fr. Arthur Duchnowicz officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery.
