Harry Jaeger

Harry Alvin Jaeger age 74 of Rogers City
passed away June 1, 2009 at his home

He was born April 17, 1935 in Rogers City
to Paul and Caroline (Krueger) Jaeger

Harry retired from the Presque Isle County Road Commission after 30 years of
service. He was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and was 3rd Degree,
4th Degree and a member of the Color Guard with the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Jaeger enjoyed playing cards, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He is survived by:
5 children, Ann (Mike) Azain of North Branch, Joanne (Glen) Berg of Brutis,
Harry (Priscilla) of Rogers City, Carla (Pete) Boatz of Traverse City,
and Katrina (Chris) Parrish of Traverse City
9 grandchildren
4 great grandchildren
1 brother, Calvin (Bev) of Rogers City
companion and friend, Nancy Chrzan

He was preceded in death by:
3 brothers, Gordon, Howard, and Paul
2 sisters, Marjorie and Delores

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m.
where the Knights will recite the rosary at 6:30 followed by the parish wake service
at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Friday at St. Ignatius Catholic Church from
10:00 a.m. until time of mass at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Clarence Smolinski officiating.

Memorials may be given to St. Ignatius School, Hospice of the Sunrise Shore or
American Cancer Society.
