Iris Hallauer

Iris M. Hallauer age 81 of Presque Isle passed away
October 25, 2008 at home.

Iris Mae Ganun was born July 18, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio
to William and Alta (Blake) Ganun

On October 19, 1946 she married James Hallauer in Toledo.
The Hallauer’s made their home in Rochester, MI until moving to Presque Isle in
1990. Iris was active with the friends of the Library and enjoyed square dancing.

She is survived by:
husband,
Jim
3 children,
Rick of Presque Isle,
Jane of Lapeer, and
Bob & Cora of Houghton Lake
5 grandchildren,
Angela, Cathy, Janell, Jacqueline, and Julia
1 great granddaughter,
Kara Iris

A memorial service will take place at the Beck Funeral Home on
Saturday, November 8th at 1:00 p.m.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of the Sunrise Shore in memory of
Iris Hallauer.
