James Campbell

James Otis Campbell age 76 of Millersburg
passed away November 17, 2014 at home.

He was born March 30, 1938 in West Plains, Missouri
to Otis and Vera (Cochran) Campbell.

Jim is survived by:
2 daughters, Betty Ann (Frank) Van Slyke of Silver Springs, Florida and
Janice Marie (Jay) DeMeo of Santa Rosa, California;
2 granddaughters, Angelic Ham and Julie Morgan;
2 grandsons, Scott Campbell and Christopher Jepsen;
2 great granddaughters, Kaitlyn Ham and Alysia Jepsen;
1 daughter-in-law, Debbie Campbell.

He was preceded in death by:
his wife, Glenna Dale Campbell and
son, Steven James Campbell.

Cremation arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.
