Jeff Farmer

Jeffery Lee Farmer, age 53 of Rogers City
passed away at home on June 11, 2014

He was born October 15, 1960 in Ann Arbor
to Larry and Bonita (Samar) Farmer.

Jeff graduated from Rogers City High School in 1978 then attended
Northern Michigan University. He owned and operated Michigan
Midwest Marine, Jeff was Captain of the Rescue Vessels for the waters
in and around Presque Isle County and north. He was an avid scuba diver
He was past president of the Rogers City Lions Club and Boy Scout
Leader for his son, Noah’s, Troup. Jeff was always there to lend a hand,
most recently as a Hurricane Katrina Volunteer Responder, He will be
remembered by most as the big man with the big German Shepherd in
the big bluish Ford truck

Jeff is survived by
the most important person in his life, his son, Noah, of Rogers City;
He is also survived by:
wife, Annette;
brother, Dave (Marti) of Rogers City;
sisters, Wendy Pommerenke of Rogers City, Kimberly Farmer of Milan;
many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Bonnie.

Jeff requested a private funeral service and in lieu of flowers,
