Jerry Leszinske

Jerry Michael Leszinske age 84 of Fort Wayne, Indiana, formerly of Troy, Ohio and Rogers City, passed away peacefully in Fort Wayne on Monday, September 23, 2024.

He was born in Rogers City to Adolph and Esther (Glazer) Leszinske on December 12, 1939.

Jerry graduated from Rogers City High School. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army on the 3st of August 1964. On February 2, 1974, he married Shirley Ann Korn.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; two children, Angela (John) Kinney and Neil Leszinske; two grandchildren, Roman Leszinske and Bailey Parris; four step- Children, Christy Weaver, Philip Smith, Michael Smith and Mark Smith; and a sister, Sally Doran.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a step-daughter, Kelley Hart; four brothers, Paul, Bill, Bob, and Tom; and two sisters, Dorothy Pardike, and Patricia Adrian.

A graveside service will take place at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Rogers City on Saturday, July 19th at 10:00 a.m. with a military tribute given by Rogers City VFW Post 607.
