Johnny Clark

Johnny Ray Clark age 65 of Hillman
passed away March 22, 2016 at McLaren
Northern Michigan.

He was born May 25, 1950 in Detroit
to Vernon and Madeline (Maier) Clark.

John served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from
June 26, 1967 to June 22, 1970. He was a huge Detroit Tiger Fan who
would only follow them on the radio, He enjoyed collecting model ships,
buying and selling cars and spending time with his children and
grandchildren.

Mr. Clark is survived by:
his son, Marc (Lou Ann) of Hawks;
2 daughters, Kelly Edmonds of Melvindale and
Nancy (Thomas) Vance of Conroe, Texas;
4 grandchildren, Samuel, Megan, Eva and Devin;
brother, Jim (Jayne) Clark of Flat Rock;
sister, Claudia (Mandernach) from Down River;
2 special friends, Gertrude Clark and Sue Edmonds;
he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by:
his parents, Vernon and Madeline;
son, Jason Schleben;
2 brothers, Robert and Andrew

Friends may visit at St. James Lutheran Church in Moltke Township
on Saturday, March 26th from 12-noon through time of his funeral at
2:00 p.m. with Pastor Lloyd Zicbarth officiating. Rogers City VFW Post
607 will offer a military tribute at the conclusion of church services,

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Clark family
for a charity to be decided on later
