Jon Eldon Charles age 53 of Cheboygan passed away September 7, 2023 at the Hospice House in Cheboygan.

He was born  January 21, 1970 in Port Angeles, Washinton.

Jon loved to work on old cars and motors of all kinds, he also enjoyed making things from wood. Jon would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his daughter,  Gabrielle Smyth of Howell; his mother, Sue Crawford of Cheboygan and father, James Bennett of Orgeon; siblings, Eddie Charles of Iowa, Kay Charles, Rocky and Sara (Crewse) Guilbault of Cheboygan and Tony and Lesli (Crawford) Taylor of Kingsley.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great neices and nephews.

Private services will take place at a later date.
