Joyce Foster

Joyce Elizabeth Foster age 85 of Ocqueoc Township passed away peacefully at home on September 10, 2025.

She was born in Moltke Township on October 22, 1939 to Arthur and Irene (Tulgetske) Peltz.

Joyce enjoyed reading, sewing, baking pies and cookies and watching “her” birds.

She is survived by two sons, David (Cindy) Foster and Jeff (Sandra) Foster; five grandchildren, Scott, Samantha, Aaron (Kris), Rebecca “Becci” and Emily (Jay); one sister, Dorothy Ganske; a sister-in-law, Loretta Peltz and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; siblings, Harvey, Leora (Jack) Robb, Arlene (Marlin) Thomas, Marilyn (John) Grafe, Elsie (Arthur) Simpson and Norval; and a brother-in-law, Pete Ganske.

Friends are welcome to attend her graveside service at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Ocqueoc Township on Sunday, September 14th at 2:15 p.m. with Pastor Mary Hughes officiating.

Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church – Ocqueoc, in memory of Joyce Foster.
