Joyce Nowicki

Joyce Louise Nowicki age 86 of Rogers Township
passed away May 25, 2017 at Rogers City Tendercare.

She was born July 11, 1930 in Rogers City
to Fredrick and Emline (Schalk) Wenzel.

On June 23, 1951 she married Raymond Nowicki at St. Ignatius Catholic
Church. Joyce was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, its Rosary
Society and the Daughters of Isabella.

She ts survived by:
her husband, Raymond;
3 daughters, Gail (Jerry) Meddaugh of Ossincke,
Marsha (Tim) Wirgau of Rogers Township and
Christine Clark of Rogers City;
6 grandchildren, Raymond Meddaugh, Melissa (Jon) Schulze,
Vicki Wirgau, Andrew Wirgau, Steven (Marcie) Gabara,
Sam (Kim) Gabara;
5 great grandsons, Braden Gabara, Ezekiel Wirgau, Elijah Schulze,
Tyler Gabara, Zachary White and Eithan Schulze and
3 great granddaughters, Danielle Meddaugh, Taylor Gabara and
Ellie Schulze.

She was preceded in death by:
her parents, Fredrick and Emline;
infant daughter, Louise Ann;
brother, Arnold Wenzel,
sons-in-law, Joseph Gabara and Roger Clark.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 30th from
4:00 until 8:00 p.m. with the parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
Visitation will resume at St, Ignatius Catholic Church on Wednesday from
10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. James Fitzpatrick
officiating.

Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to St. Ignatius Catholic School, Hospice of the

Sunrise Shore or Rogers City Area Senior Center in memory of
Joyce Nowicki.
