Kathleen Biga

Kathleen Gaye Biga age 81 of Atlanta passed away peacefully at Medilodge of Rogers City on  July 22, 2026.

She was born March 1, 1945 in Britton, Michigan to George and Doris (Lawrence) Forsyth.

Kathleen graduated from Bowling Green in 1971. On April 3, 1981 she married Joe Biga in Monroe. Kathleen retired from Ford Motor Company in 1997 at the age of 50, then she and Joe moved to Atlanta. She enjoyed fishing, downhill skiing, scrapbooking, knitting, playing softball and playing basketball while she was in college.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; daughter, Angela (Jerry) Moore; two grandchildren, Allison and Colin; and her cat, Peanut.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, George and Doris and two siblings, Sidney and Lawrence.

Inurnment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
