LeRoy Flanner

LeRoy W. Flanner Sr., age 90, of Krakow Township,
passed away November 20, 2013 at home.

He was born August 19, 1923 in Charlotte
to Roy and Mabel (Chase) Flanner,

LeRoy served in the United States Army during World War II.
On June 14, 1968 he married Victoria Donajkowski in Warren.

He is survived by:
his wife, Victoria;
6 children, LeRoy (Mary) Flanner Jr. of Posen,
Mary Ellen Kowalewski of Royal Oak,
Vivian (Dan) Smick of Warren,
Racheal Wicke of Anthony, Florida,
Michele (Ben) Freske of Posen,
and Monica (Bob) Freske of Posen;
12 grandchildren;
11 great grandchildren;
4 brothers, Bob, Lewis, Richard and Patrick;
5 sisters, Casilda, Alice, Helen, Charlotte, and Kathleen.

LeRoy was preceded in death by:
2 sisters, Margery and Nina;
2 brothers, Gregory and Roy

Friends may visit at Beck Funeral Home on Friday from 3:00 until
8:00 p.m. where the rosary will be recited at 6:30 by the 3rd degree
Knights of Columbus and Posen VFW, followed by the parish wake
service at 7:00 p.m,
Visitation will resume on Saturday at St. Casimir Catholic Church from
11:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 12 – Noon with Fr. Arthur Duchnowicz
officiating. Posen VFW Post 7804 will accord full military honors
following Mass.
