Lori Brege

Lori Jane Brege, age 54, of Scottville, formerly of Rogers City, passed away at her home on Saturday, July 18, 2020.

Lori was born on December 21, 1965, the daughter of Herbert and Shirleyn Brege.

She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church while she lived at home with her parents. Lori enjoyed being around family and friends. She always shared a smile and hug. Lori enjoyed road trips. When she was feeling mischievous, you could immediately tell she was plotting something by the way her eyes lit up! Lori lived her life being happy. She had the pleasure of living at Bethesda Lutheran Home in Watertown, Wisconsin for many years. In 2013 Lori moved back to Michigan to enjoy time with family.

Lori had an infectious giggle which will always be remembered by those who survive her: a sister, Brenda Brege; three brothers, Brian (Amy) Brege, Richard (Patty) Brege, and David (Sue) Brege; three nieces, Hannah Smolinski, Samantha Brege, Casey (Brian Geiss) Brege; and four nephews, Ben Smolinski, Andy Smolinski, Adam (Rose) Brege, Raymond Brege.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Shirley Brege.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Saturday, July 25 th from 10 a.m. through time of her funeral at 11 a.m. with Pastor Scott Distler officiating.

Interment will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Moltke Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritas non-profit Organization or Bethesda Lutheran Home.
