Lynn Karhoff

Lynn Angela Karhoff age 58 of Bearinger Township passed away at home on June 4, 2026.

She was born March 6, 1968 in Flint to Stanley and Mary Lou (Sytek) Kania.

Lynn graduated from Bentley High School in Burton in 1986. She attended U of M at the Flint Campus before hiring into the automotive industry from 1989 – 2016. Her dream was to move north and live in the woods among the wildlife of all types. Lynn loved everything about North East Michigan especially hiking, camping, fishing, exploring the waterfalls, her favorite was Bond Falls. Lynn, Don and friends Barb and Ann went on the 4 Amigos adventures creating many memories. On August 4, 2016 she married Donald Karhoff on Mackinac Island and became part of the fun-loving Karhoff family with sister-in-law, Karen (Lee) Lewis, brother-in-law, Kirk (Peggy) Karhoff, and special aunt, Ann Maginity topping the list.

She is survived by her father, Stanley Kania; five siblings, Luann (Joe) Eickholt, Lori Bavar, Tony (Andrea) Kania, Lisa Kania and Andrew (Gerry Lou) Kania; special nephew, Jay (Paden); nieces and nephews, Amy (Jordan), Matt, Angie, Jessica (Joshua), Luke (Crystal) as well as many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. And her Special Kowalski Agency family for the last 2 1/2 years.

Lynn was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Kania; her husband, Donald Karhoff; mother-in-law, Barb Karhoff and all her fur babies.
