**Mary Jane Woloszyk Memorial Mass

Mary Jane Woloszyk age 74 of Posen passed away unexpectedly in Alpena on February 27, 2026.

She was born in Rogers City on June 19, 1951 to Edwin and Alice (Soik) Woloszyk.

Mary attended St. Casimir School and faced many challenges in her life. Growing up on the family dairy farm, Mary was familiar with demanding work and turned into extremely hard worker. She worked on various farms until her retirement.

Mary Jane is survived by her five younger sisters, Jean (Scott) MacGregor, Julia (Larry) Patterson of Alpena, Emily (Rick) Hanson, of Grand Haven, Monica Woloszyk of Big Rapids, and Blanche (Dennis) Budnick of Posen; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life with be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at St. Casimir Church in Posen with visitation at 9:00 a.m. followed by a memorial Mass at 10:00 p.m.

Burial will follow at St. Casimir cemetery.

Since Mary Jane was an animal lover, memorials may be made to the Second Chance Animal Shelter in Alpena.
