Max Ziemer

Max Eric Ziemer age 82 of Hamburg Township passed away at Emmanuel Loving Care Center in Howell on October 24, 2026.

He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on April 17, 1944.

On February 7, 1975 he married Delores Grunwald in Dearborn. Following retirement from the National Reserve Bank of Detroit he and Delores moved to Ocqueoc.

Max is survived by two daughters, Renae Selk and Donna Boyer; two grandchildren, Ashlea (Jordan) McCraffrey and Brandon Boyer; two great grandchildren, Amelia McCraffrey and Benjamin McCraffrey.

Max was preceded in death by his wife Delores.

His graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7th at the Ocqueoc Township Cemetery.
