Michelle Rhode

Michelle Jane Rhode age 52 of Moltke Township passed into the presence of our Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 5, 2026.

She was born in Rogers City on March 16, 1974 to Robert and Bette (Grulke) Rhode.

Michelle was a joy to have around, no matter how you were feeling, when she walked into the room with her infectious smile and happy demeaner you were instantly in a good mood.

She is survived by her mother, Bette; sister, Sherrie; brothers, Larry (Jeanie) Rhode, Dennis (Sue) Rhode, Wayne (Kathy) Rhode and Daryl (Lisa) Rhode; nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Stan) Czarnik, Jeffrey (Joyce) Rhode, Cody (Michele) Rhode, Alex (Jen) Rhode, Kari Greenway, Rob Rhode, Christopher (Gabriela) Rhode, Andrew (Danielle) Rhode, Tiffany (Cameron) McCoy, Mark Rhode and Matthew Rhode; 17 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great grandniece, Betty Kay; an uncle Wilmer Grulke; two aunts, Erna Schuler and Leon “Boots” Habermehl; and several more aunts and uncles.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Robert, a great niece, Isabela Rhode; and many aunts and uncles.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Thursday, November 12th from 4-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume at St. John Lutheran Church on Friday, November 13th from 10 a.m. until time of her funeral at 11 a.m. with Pastor Joseph Bangert officiating.

Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the Activities Room at Medilodge in Rogers City, St. John Lutheran Church or School or to a charity of your choice.
