Mike Myers

Michael Patrick “Mike” Myers age 60 of Moltke Township passed away December 30, 2020 at MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland.

He was born March 14, 1960 in Grand Rapids to Lester and Maxine (Walker) Myers.

Mike graduated from Hopkins High School in 1978. On July 29, 1995 he married Cindy Rye in Turner, Michigan. He was an extremely active volunteer donating countless hours to the youth and other residents in the Rogers City area. Mike enjoyed farming, spending time in the woods, and the company of his family.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Rebecca (Daniel) Pflug of Virginia Beach, Virginia, son, Zachary Myers of Rogers City; two step-sons, Ryan (Caroline) Melson of Denver, Colorado and Reid (Lindsay) Melson of Cincinnati, Ohio; parents, Lester and Maxine Myers of Dorr; seven siblings, Colleen (Ed) Carey, Kathleen (Tim) Carr, Daniel (Richelle) Myers, Brian (Barb) Myers, David (Joanne) Myers, John (Janine) Myers and Mary (Mark) Black.

A celebration of life will take place in the summer of 2021.

Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Visitation Catholic Cemetery in Dorr, Michigan.
