Norman Purgiel

Norman Thomas Purgiel age 64 of Posen passed away September 21, 2019 at the U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor.

He was born July 4, 1955 in Rogers City to Stanley and Regina (Bronikowski) Purgiel.

Norm graduated from Posen High School. He worked in construction and trades in the Detroit Metro area before retiring to Posen.

Norman is survived by his three sisters, Doris Kowalski, Diane (Bill Kerry) Purgiel and Janet (Tom) Modahl; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Regina; and brother, John.

A celebration of life will take place at the Beck Funeral Home on Saturday, October 5th, from 4 pm till 6pm.

Memorials may be given to the Posen First Responders in memory of Norman Purgiel.
