Paul Centala

Paul J. Centala “PJ” age 40 of Metz
passed away May 13, 2009 at his home

He was born August 9, 1968 in Rogers City to
Florian and Blanche (Konwinski) Centala

On August 17, 1996 Paul married Lisa Purol at St. Dominic Catholic Church.
Paul ran the family farm, worked for the Glawe Corp., and was currently working
for the Alpena Road Commission. He was 3rd and 4th degree and also a member
of the Color Guard of the Knights of Columbus, Mr. Centala was a member of
St. Dominic Catholic Church where he was an usher. He enjoyed hunting, fishing,
and spending time with his family.

Paul is survived by:
wife, Lisa
2 children, Nicholas and MaKayla
mother, Blanche Centala of Metz
sister, Michelle (Andy) Sullivan of Gaylord
2 step brothers, Kenny (Jackic) Kowalski of Rogers City and Toby Kowalski of Metz
and several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his father, Florian

Friends may visit at the Beck Funcral Home on Friday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m.
where the Knights will recite the rosary at 6:30 followed by the parish wake service
at 7:00 p.m. with Sr. Rita Epple conducting. Visitation will resume at
St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of mass
at 12-noon with Fr. Charles Donajkowski and Sr. Rita officiating.

Interment will take place in St, Dominic Catholic Cemetery in Metz

Memorials may be given to the children of Paul Centala.
