Paul Goetz

Paul Allan Goetz age 43 of Rogers City
died January 6, 2015 at home,

He was born November 12, 1971 in Rogers City
to Kenneth and Nancy (Buskirk) Goetz.

Paul enlisted in the National Guard while attending high school; following
his graduation from Pickford High School in 1990, he served 2 tours in
Iraq and 1 tour in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged as a
United States Army Sergeant in 2013. On April 6, 2009 he married
Philae Guenterberg in Rogers City. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, and
good friends.

Mr. Goetz is survived by:
his wife, Philae;
2 children, Lance DeBoer and Morgan DeBoer;
parents, Ken and Nancy Goetz;
2 brothers, Phillip (Olivia) Goetz and Aric Goetz;
many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews,

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Saturday from 12-Noon
through time of his memorial service at 1:00 p.m. with
Pastor Robert Hynes officiating. Rogers City VFW Post 607 will accord
military honors at the close of services.

Memorials may be given to the family of Paul Goetz
for a charity to be chosen later.
