Paul Liedtke

Paul Edward Liedtke age 77 of Rogers City
passed away January 10, 2016 with family by his side

He was born October 25, 1938 in Rogers City
to Fred and Helen (Beebe) Liedtke

Paul graduated from Rogers City High School in 1956. He served in the
United States Army during the Vietnam Era, On February 26, 1966 he
married Karen Faye Knopf at St. Michael Lutheran Church. Paul retired
from the Rogers City Department of Public Works as a truck driver in
1999. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards.

Mr. Liedtke is survived by:
his wife, Karen;
daughter, Amy of Alpena;
son, Steve of Alto; and
1 sister, Leona (Robert) Winchester of Charlevoix.

Paul was preceded in death by:
his parents, Fred and Helen;
brother, Frederick “Fritz”;
2 sisters, Marie West and Lorene Mikolic.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:00 until
8:00 p.m. with military honors offered by the Rogers City VFW at
7:00 p.m,

Burial of Paul’s cremated remains will take place at his 40 in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association
or the Rogers City Library in memory of Paul Liedtke
