Penny Lynette Finney age 65 of Rogers City passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2019.

She was born August 7, 1954 in Lansing to Conway and Marilyn (Staub) Coin.

Penny is survived by her husband, Jack; mother, Marilyn Coin of DeWitt and a brother, Kenneth Coin also of DeWitt.

A private memorial service will take place at a later date.
