Raymond Nagi

Raymond S. Nagi age 73 of Krakow Township
passed away November 6, 2017 at home

He was born June 9, 1944 in Detroit
to Walter and Angela (Palka) Nagi.

Raymond graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic High School in
River Rouge in 1962.bHe enlisted in the United States Army and served in
the 225th Infantry, Ray was honorably discharged on November 30, 1966
He married Barbara Waldecker on August 16, 1966 at St. John Cantius
Church in Detroit. He and Barbara moved to Krakow Township in 1974.
He enjoyed woodworking and spending time in his workshop.

Ray is survived by:
his wife, Barbara;
4 children, Anthony Nagi of Topinabee;
Patrick (Ann) Nagi of Grant Park, IL;
Angela Nagi of Gaylord; and
Deborah (William) Brown of Boyne City;
4 grandchildren, Chloe Nagi, Sophie Nagi, Will Brown, and Evelyn Brown;
3 siblings, Walter Nagi of Plymouth; Linda Poznanski of Wolverine, and
Anthony (Deb) Nagi of Plymouth,

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Angela; and
a sister, Mary Therese.

Friends may visit at St. Dominic Catholic Church on Thursday,
November 9th, from 10:00 a.m. through time of his memorial mass at
11:00 a.m, with Fr, Arthur Duchnowicz officiating,

Posen VFW Post 7804 will accord military honors following mass.
