Robert Reynolds

Robert C. Reynolds age 87 of Cheboygan passed away peacefully at home on the 21st of September 2023.

He was born in Cheboygan on the 19th of July 1936. Robert was the son of George F. and Elizabeth (Braham) Reynolds.

Robert married Mary Lou Lyons on the 13th of September 1986. After High School he joined the Air Force and served honorably from July of 1954 to August of 1958. Robert began working for the Cheboygan County Sheriff’s Department in February of 1968 and worked there until he retired in July of 1991. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and riding his Harley. He also enjoyed doing puzzles and watching old westerns on TV.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou of Cheboygan, one son, Charlie (Suzanne) Reynolds of Cheboygan; two step daughters, Linda (George) Cardona of Las Vegas, Nevada and Susan (James) LeJuene of Alanson; one stepson, Perry (MaryLee) Lyons of Cheboygan; two granddaughters, Lauren (Bren) Butler and Elizabeth (Aaron) Miller and three great grandchildren Lily, Charlie and Evelyn.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother George and his first wife Rayma Jean Crawford.
