Robert Richards

Robert Wesley Richards age 86 of Hawks passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2024.

He was born in Bad Axe on February 27, 1938 to Anthony and Amelia (Maikrzek) Richards.

On November 10, 1956 he married Teresa Ertman at St. John Catholic Church in Ubly. Robert retired as carpenter then moved north. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

Robert is survived by his wife, Teresa; six children, Cynthia (Gerald) Ciuk of Midland, Robert E. Richards of Florida, Sharon (Grant) Canham of Port Huron, Randall Richards of Port Huron, Katherine (Dale McLane) Zweng of Florida and Rodney (Lisa Brookins) Richards; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and all of his siblings.

Private services will take place at a later date.
