Ron White

Ronald Paul White, age 72 of Cheboygan,
passed away August 30, 2013 at home.

He was born June 5, 1941 in Detroit
to Jack and Joanne (Massey) White.

Paul served in the United States Marine Corps from September of
1960 until September of 1964. On September 25, 1970 he married
Susan Beaudoin in Dearborn, Paul and Sue moved to Cheboygan in
1997 and purchased the Monarch Motel. Paul Retired on
August 1, 2013 from the State of Michigan where he worked as the
Rescue Boat Operator at the Mackinac Bridge.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman, snowmobiler, and handyman.

Paul is survived by:
his wife, Sue;
3 children, Donald (Evelyn) White of Lexington, Kentucky,
Ronald (Karrie) White Jr. of Cheboygan, and
Nichole (Dwain) McGlamry of Byron, Georgia;
4 grandchildren, Macie and Myia White and
the twins, Cole and Caleb McGlamry;
sister, Jackie (Joe) Detelj of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania;
mother-in-law, Audrey Thomes of Cheboygan.

Friends may visit at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Cheboygan
on Thursday, September Sth from 1:00 p.m. through time of memorial
service at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Trevor Herm officiating.

Cheboygan VFW will offer a military tribute followed by a luncheon
in the church fellowship hall.

Inurnment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be given in memory of Ronald Paul White
to Hospice House of Cheboygan.
