Ruth Blosdale

Ruth Marie Blosdale age 92 of Rogers Township
passed away December 21, 2012 at Tendercare Health Center in Rogers City.

She was born September 2, 1920 in Detroit
to Julius and Helen (Kansick) Kripko

Ruth Served as a Staff Sergeant in the Women’s Auxiliary Army Corps (WAAC)
during World War II. She was stationed in North Africa, Italy, France, and England.
On June 11, 1947 she married Carlyle Blosdale in Farmington, Michigan. She was
a school teacher and taught in Onaway for a short time.

Mrs. Blosdale is survived by:
her husband, Carl;
sister, Helen Durham;

2 nephews, Robert (Josie) Durham and Richard (Lora) Durham.
Cremation arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.

Private services will take place.
