Scott “Mugzy” Marculewicz  age 52 of Taylorsville, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly of an asthma attack on July 25, 2023 in Hickory,  North Carolina.

He was born May 20, 1971 in Posen to Walter and  Mary (Freeman)  Marculewicz.

Mugzy graduated from Posen High School 1989 then moved to North Carolina.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Marculewicz of Alpena; sister, Sarah (Shawn) Bartz of Clarkston; brothers, Steve (Melisa) Marculewicz of Landis, North Carolina and Adam Marculewicz of Alpena; a nephew, Matthew of Landis, North Carolina and two nieces, Madison McDonald and Angela McDonald of Lenoir, North Carolina.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Walter Marculewicz.

Friends may visit at St Casimir Catholic Church on Saturday,  May 11th from 10 a.m. through time of his Celebration of Life Mass  at 11 a.m. with Fr. Charlie Donajkowski officiating.

Inurnment will follow at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery.

A luncheon will follow in the school gym.
