Sharon Bruning

Sharon E. Bruning age 61 of Belknap Township
passed away September 13, 2009 at
Tendercare Health Center of Rogers City

She was born April 20, 1948 in Rogers City
to Raymond and Alice (Brege) Schalk

On August 21, 1968 Sharon married Arlo E. “Ollie” Bruning at
St. Michael Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir.
Sharon was a loving, caring, Christian lady who loved spending time with her family
as well as gardening and all types of artistry.

Mrs. Bruning is survived by;
husband, Arlo
2 daughters, Tammy (Ed) Odle of Rogers City and Elizabeth (Carl) Schleben
of Ocqueoc
6 grandchildren, Annie, Alice, Michael Jr., Tansie, Rusty, and Matthew
father, Raymond of Belknap
2 brothers, Jack (Marlene) Schalk and Bill (Rhoda) Schalk
2 sisters, Judy (Jim) Spomer and Jane (Terry) Wirgau, all of Belknap

She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice

Friends may visit the Beck Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. with
a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at
St. Michael Lutheran Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral at 11:00 a.m.
with Pastor Paul Hopkins officiating.

Interment will take place at St. Michael Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to St. Michael School Funding in memory of Sharon Bruning.
