Stephen Swan

Stephen John Swan age 64 of Posen passed away at home on March 2, 2026.

He was born in Posen on September 18, 1961 to Aloysius and Theresa (Purol) Swan.

On May 26, 1984 he married Cynthia Selke at St. Casimir Catholic Church. Steve enjoyed farming and his cows. He joined IBEW Local 692 in 1993. He was a Master Electrician who enjoyed his trade. Papa loved his grandchildren and enjoyed giving them tractor rides at the farm.

Steve is survived by his wife, Cynthia; two children, Anthony Swan and Amanda (Omar) Gutierrez; six grandchildren, Anna Swan, Allison Swan, Andrew Swan, Aiden Gutierrez, Teresa Gutierrez and Francisco Gutierrez; two brothers, Leon (Judy) Swan and William (Barbara) Swan; and two sisters, Catherine Swan and Anne (Don) Melzer.

A private memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
