Thomas Glesen

Thomas C. Glesen age 64 passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

He was born July 3, 1959 in Highland Park.

He married Jacqueline Kuznicki on May 24, 1991 in Rogers City.

Thomas is survived by his three daughters, Gabrielle (Kyle) Soto, Carly (Dakota) Griffin, and Christine (Andrew) Hoedel; son Dominic (Katrina) Derry; his father, Paul (Paulette) Glesen; and a brother, Donald Glesen. Thomas was very fortunate to have had a total of 14 grandchildren throughout his lifetime.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Belanger; sister Wendy Thompson; and two granddaughters, Aubrey and Addison Dianda.

Thomas was an avid fisherman and took every chance he could to go hunting. He also loved boating on Lake St. Clair with family and friends. In 1982 he received his diving certification and went on to dive many different lakes in northern Michigan. He served as a rescue diver with the Algonac Fire Department. In 2017 Thomas and his wife Jacqueline purchased their very first Harley Davidson motorcycle and went on to enjoy many rides together. He will be missed tremendously and forever loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home on Saturday, December 9^th from 2 p.m. through time of his celebration of life at 4 p.m.

Family has asked for donations to be made to Hospice of Michigan.
