Violet Slingerland

Violet Slingerland age 86 of Cheboygan passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

She was born June 1, 1939 in Budapest, Hungary to Istvan and Rozalia (Bakk) Burjan.

Violet is survived by her husband, Norman; daughter, Violet Rose Bromley; son Robert (Deanna) Lorincz; grandchildren, Michael Bromley, Christopher Bromley, Matthew Bromley and Madison Lorincz.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Rozalia Burjan and her brother, Istvan Burjan.
